In simple, non-technical terms, SaaS is a software distribution model in which the software products and modules are hosted by the provider, in this case, Connected Travel Experience.

Do you offer support?

We do provide full training on how to use the system before you get started. We also provide unparalleled worldwide support for any issue or questions you may have.

Can we get the system customized?

We do have a solution for companies that want to get their own customized version of the software. Please contact our sales team who will suggest you an appropriate solution based on your needs.

Can we add other suppliers that are not already integrated?

Yes, our company can integrate any new suppliers as required by the client. Please get in touch with our sales department for such requirements. If you would like to add some of our already integrated API suppliers.

If I need a feature not currently offered by Connected Travel Experience, is there a way it can be added?

Absolutely. Connected Travel Experience is happy to help those of you who have special requests. According to the time and technical involvement needed for the feature to be added there most likely will be a charge for that.
